Legislative crackerbarrel Feb. 8

A legislative crackerbarrel will be held at 10 a.m. on Feb. 8 at the Super 8 Motel conference room in Hill City.

The crackerbarrel will feature District 30 Sen. Lance Russell and Reps. Tim Goodwin and Julie Frye-Mueller, although Frye-Mueller may be unable to attend.

The three represent portions of Custer, Fall River and Pennington counties.

Russell serves as the chair of the South Dakota Senate Judiciary Committee and also serves on the taxation and transportation committees in the senate.

Goodwin serves as majority whip in the House of Representatives and serves on the state affairs and transportation committees in the house.

Frye-Mueller serves on the health and human services and local government committees.

Refreshments will be served.
