The 10th annual Burning Beetle took place last Saturday evening at Pageant Hill, with the usual large crowd gathered at the hill to watch the effigy burn and the fireworks show. The event also included the return of the talent show and the annual bug crawl following the burn. Organizers estimate 2,000 people were on Pageant Hill to witness the burn.
