Buffalo Gap Blow Out set to return

The fourth annual Buffalo Gap Blow Out will take place this Saturday, July 10, with a full day of events and live music.
There will be games and activities for children as well as adults, including horseshoes, cornhole and human foosball. There will be various food and drink vendors as well as a beer garden, and dry camping is also available.
There will be a parade at 11 a.m. on Main Street. There will also be a free classic “Car n Park” all day. Free vendor spaces for the event are available.
A community buffalo feed will run from at 5-7 p.m. There is also a buffalo hunt raffle offered. Other prizes will be awarded from the raffle as well.
The day will conclude with an old-time street dance featuring Midnight Sun.
New this year are a pair of rodeos, including a ranch rodeo at 6 p.m. Friday, July 9. This event will include team branding, rope and load, head-to-head stray gathering, cowboy relay and mutton bustin’. At 1 p.m. Saturday a Youth Rodeo Series will take place, with four age divisions and buckles and prizes to series winners.
