Brandon Campbell

Brandon Joe Campbell was born Nov. 4, 1994, in Custer, S.D. Brandon was a quiet, gentle man who exuded kindness.  His priority was his family.   He played the violin and played it well, often using his violin music more than his words to express his emotions.

Brandon, of Custer, died April 5, 2020, in an automobile accident near Oelrichs, S.D. He was 25.

He is survived by his parents, Gary and Teresa Campbell of Hot Springs, S.D.; son, Able; daughters, Harmony and Melody; brothers, Matthew, Daniel, Alan, Kelly and Antone; sisters, Anne, Emily, Amber, Rebecca and Jessie; special friend, Jakia Cleveland; musical mentor and friend, Ed Harter of Beaver Creek Band, who encouraged Brandon’s music and gave him a reason to play; and Kelly Hebbring and Laura Frost.  

Services will be planned after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley’s Funeral Home.
